Co-op Culture 
Today I drew up the constitution of the Friends of the Fox in Hebden Bridge. The Friends of the Fox are an unincorporated association who are actively exploring the possibility of buying their local and running it as a co-operative.
The constitution will allow the Friends of the Fox to apply for a bank account and funding.
I will be working further with the group to help tham develop a business plan and set up a legal structure which will allow the financing of the purchase by a community share offer.
This is an exciting project and a lovely pub.
